Farmhouse Friday 177

Hey there! I hope you had a safe, healthy and happy week!

I finally got my front porch decorated for fall!

Farmhouse Fall Front Porch

I’m always late on decorating our front porch for fall because the almonds on and around our farm are harvested in mid to late September. The process of harvesting almonds creates an enormous amount of dust which covers everything outside. Add all the ash from the recent fires in our area and everything was covered with an inch of dust and ash by the time everything was said and done. (I’m exaggerating there, but not by much.)

I love my stubby milk can! I found it at an antique shop when I was visiting one of my besties in Oregon. It’s sitting on my “side front porch” –  it’s part of our front porch, but it faces our driveway which is on the west side of our house. The front door faces north and our road. I like to decorate this too since anyone who drives up would go this way to get to our front door.

If you missed last week’s party, I talked about replacing our corner jet tub in our master bathroom with a regular jet tub. It’s almost complete – we just have to finish the tile and grout for the tub surround. I haven’t used it yet, but I already like it way more than the jet tub! It is the finishing touch of my master bath makeover which I hope to share on the blog soon!

This week’s party features are Halloween themed! Enjoy all the spooky ooky goodness!

Link Party Rules:

Link up your DIY projects, decor inspiration, and crafts that are farmhouse style. You don’t have to live in a farmhouse or have farmhouse be the main decor theme in your home in order to link up. I love seeing farmhouse mixed in with other styles such as boho! No food or recipe posts please. I’m super flexible when it comes to defining “farmhouse” so if you are unsure of whether your post will fit in the party theme, go ahead and post it and if I feel it doesn’t fit, it will be deleted – no hard feelings! 🙂 It doesn’t matter how old your posts are, but please link up your posts only once.

I don’t require you to link back to this party, but if you do, I appreciate it! I also don’t require you to visit or comment on other blogger’s linkups, but it’s always a nice way to share the bloggy love! By linking up, you will get a chance to be featured here at next week’s party and across my social media. If you pin anything from the party, please pin it from the original source.

By linking up to this party, you permit me to share your posts and pictures via social media and as features, roundups, etc. with a link back to your post or a link back to this party on the week your post was featured.

You are invited to the Inlinkz link party!

    Michelle,
Thank you so much for featuring A Ghostly Gathering of Friends at Halloween from The Little Yellow Corner Store. I hope it brings some fun into everyone’s Halloween and it was fun dedicating it to my first, newborn grandson. I hope you have safe and healthy holidays ahead.

Oh my goodness! I love your front porch! Girl…It looks so good. I finally added a few things to my front porch yesterday to give it a little color! I have been lazy about decorating for Fall his year. After I got my kitchen/dining area done it was like, “I’m through with it now”. Ha! Love all the features. Hugs and blessings, Cindy

Thanks so much Cindy! And I hear you about decorating for fall (or any season)… sometimes I’ll just hit the wall with it and say “I’m done.” I hope you have a great weekend!
