Pumpkin Spice Bundt Cake Recipe

Happy Saturday! Do you remember back in the day (yes, I’m dating myself here) when pumpkins were only used for three things:

  1. Pumpkin Pie
  2. Jack O’ Lanterns
  3. Toasted Pumpkin Seeds (and that’s only if you carved #2)

Now, September rolls around and the Pumpkin Parade Of Everything begins! Pumpkin Spice Lattes! Pumpkin Air Fresheners! Pumpkin Beer! And Every Pumpkin Recipe Imaginable!

And I love every minute of it!!!!!!! 🙂

Who ever thought this orange colored squash would totally dominate a season of the year one day?

There is something special and magical about pumpkins.

They remind us of the Halloweens of our youth when we Trick-Or-Treated and carved pumpkins.

They remind us of fall, Thanksgiving, and the changing seasons.

They remind us of family, friends, and fun times.

That’s what makes pumpkins so magical- they can transport us to days gone by and make us remember what’s really important about life.

I hope you will add this pumpkin spice bundt cake to your pumpkin recipe arsenal. It’s really easy to make- great when you need to whip up a last minute dessert! Pumpkin Spice Bundt Cake Recipe

[yumprint-recipe id=’8′]

Ingredients

*Cake*

  1. 1 Box Yellow Cake Mix
  2. 1 Can of Pumpkin (15 oz)
  3. 3 Eggs
  4. 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  5. 1/4 teaspoon Cloves
  6. 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg

*Cinnamon Sugar Topping*

  1. 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  2. 1 tablespoon Powdered Sugar
Instructions
  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bundt pan. Mix cake mix and pumpkin until well blended. Mix in the rest of the cake ingredients until well blended. Pour mix into bundt pan and bake at 350 degrees for 38-43 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely. Remove from pan. Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle on top of cake.

 Enjoy! 🙂

Michelle
