The Farmhouse Friday Link Party 105

Welcome to The Farmhouse Friday Link Party!

Hey friend! Happy Mother’s Day weekend!

This week was a busy one for me! First off, I joined 23 other talented bloggers to bring you the Spring Tea Party Blog Hop hosted by Amber at Follow The Yellow Brick Home!

I shared my Spring Tea on the Balcony as my contribution to the hop. You can see more pics of my tea party as well as the links to all the other tea parties on the hop here!

Second, we got some new babies here on the farm!

Here’s the first pic I got of them when I picked them up from the post office last Friday! They are 2 days old in this pic. They are a week old now and have already grown so much! And I know – I gotta get some better pictures of them to share with you guys!

But wait, there’s more! 🙂 After many years of wanting them, we finally got around to getting goats!

May I introduce to you, Yin and Yang!

We picked these little darlings up from the breeder last Saturday. They are a Pygmy/Nigerian mix and are 10 weeks old. We wanted to get a small goat breed, and both Pygmies and Nigerian goats are small. We wanted small goats for pets so we don’t care that they are mixed breed. Yin is the one standing and is a doeling (female) and Yang is a wether (castrated male). They are already so much fun, and watching them jump around and play is pure joy!

I’ll be sure to get some more pics and videos and share them on my Instagram account here!

The party rules are super simple! Link up your favorite DIY projects, decor projects, and crafts that are farmhouse style. If it doesn’t fit into that description, please don’t link it up. Please, no food/recipe posts. You can link up your new and old posts alike as long as you only link them up here once.

I don’t require you to link back to this party, but if you do, I would sure appreciate it! I also don’t require you visit or comment on other blogger’s linkups, but it’s always a nice way to share the bloggy love! Comments are like Skittles to bloggers – we love them and we can’t get enough of them! By linking up, you will get a chance to be featured here at next week’s party and across my social media. If you pin anything from the party, please pin it from the original source.

By linking up to this party, you agree to give me permission to share your posts and pictures via social media and as features, roundups, etc. with a link back to your post or a link back to this party on the week your post was featured.

You are invited to the Inlinkz link party!

    Hi Michelle,

Thank you for hosting this awesome party and a huge thanks for featuring my DIY Rustic Hat Box Wedding Card Holder! Love your farm babies! Two of my hens just hatched their babies and they are tiny fluff balls just 2 days old. Duck babies are the cutest ever. We raised 2 of them last year. So fun!! Have a great week!

    Hugs,

You’re very welcome Tiffany – it’s the prettiest gift card holder I’ve seen! And aren’t newly hatched chicks the best? And if you think duck babies are cute, just wait until you see the guinea keets I’m getting here soon! 🙂
