It finally feels like summertime! – Farmhouse Friday 109

Welcome to Farmhouse Friday!

Hey guys! How was your week?

It finally warmed up here in Nor Cal – and boy did it ever! We hit 100 degrees yesterday. That’s not unusual for this time of year, but what is unusual is it came on the heels of unseasonably cold weather the week before. We’ve had such freaky weather here this year – it’s the first time I’ve had to turn on the heater and the air conditioner in the same week! But as crazy as the weather has been, I’m happy that it finally warmed up – it means we’ll finally get some veggies out of our garden!

In other news, I’m happy to announce my blogging hiatus is officially over! I got a post up this week, although it was by the skin of my teeth!

Early Summer in the Dining Room

I needed to get a post up here and my dining room needed a refresh, so I combined the two and the result is Early Summer in the Dining Room.

We had a lot of patriotic themed linkups again, so I’m keeping the inspiration for 4th Of July rolling with more patriotic features this week!

This Week’s Features:

Celebrating Summer with Patriotic Decor at Penny’s Vintage Home

Penny shares some of her favorite patriotic decor on her blog – and it’s all amazing!

DIY Patriotic Three Tiered Stand by TeeDiddlyDee

Styling tiered trays are something I’ve always struggled with! Tiffany takes the guesswork out of it by sharing step by step how she put together this gorgeous tray stand!

Patriotic display with a Coke crate, vintage suitcase, and milk glass vase filled with flags.

Patriotic Porch Decor with Vintage by Sweet Pea

Paula shares her pretty patriotic porch with vintage touches all decked out for the 4th!

A Patriotic Porch Pinterest Challenge by Lora B.

Lora shares her amazing porch decor as part of a Pinterest challenge. I’m totally in love with this pocket flag pillow!

The party rules are super simple! Link up your favorite DIY projects, decor projects, and crafts that are farmhouse style. If it doesn’t fit into that description, please don’t link it up. Please, no food/recipe posts. You can link up your new and old posts alike as long as you only link them up here once.

I don’t require you to link back to this party, but if you do, I would sure appreciate it! I also don’t require you visit or comment on other blogger’s linkups, but it’s always a nice way to share the bloggy love! Comments are like Skittles to bloggers – we love them and we can’t get enough of them! By linking up, you will get a chance to be featured here at next week’s party and across my social media. If you pin anything from the party, please pin it from the original source.

By linking up to this party, you agree to give me permission to share your posts and pictures via social media and as features, roundups, etc. with a link back to your post or a link back to this party on the week your post was featured.

You are invited to the Inlinkz link party!

Thanks for featuring my Patriotic Porch Decor, Michelle! I’ll have to come up with a how-to on that flag pillow, once our grad party is done; it was so easy! We just had our first summerlike week here, too and it feels good! Have a great weekend!
