It’s starting to feel like fall! ~ Farmhouse Friday 118

Hey friends! How was your week?

We’re having a cooling trend here this weekend with Saturday’s high at 85 degrees – much cooler than the high 90’s / low 100’s we’ve had lately. The almond harvest is underway and I can hear the tree shaking machines working in the distance, which means they’ll be shaking the almond trees on our property soon. Even some of the leaves on the trees are changing color. And with all the awesome fall decor linkups we got here on the party last week, it’s beginning to feel a bit like fall!

To help you transition your decor from summer to fall, I got together with 28 talented decor bloggers to bring you the Transitioning from Summer to Fall Blog Hop hosted by Amber at Follow The Yellow Brick Home!

My contribution was to share 5 tips for transitioning your decor from summer to fall. I used my tips to decorate my living room and put together this zinna and sunflower arrangement in my stubby milk can.

DeeDee used an old fruit sieve and a few vintage odds and ends to create this gorgeous end of summer centerpiece for her dining room table.

Link Party Rules:

The party rules are super simple! Link up your favorite DIY projects, decor projects, and crafts that are farmhouse style.* If it doesn’t fit into that description, please don’t link it up. Please, no food/recipe posts.

* I use the term “farmhouse style” loosely and I consider any projects, decor or crafts that would work in a farmhouse or any type of country styled home to be farmhouse style. You do not have to live in a farmhouse or it be your predominant style in order to share your projects here.

I don’t require you to link back to this party, but if you do, I would sure appreciate it! I also don’t require you visit or comment on other blogger’s linkups, but it’s always a nice way to share the bloggy love! By linking up, you will get a chance to be featured here at next week’s party and across my social media. If you pin anything from the party, please pin it from the original source.

By linking up to this party, you agree to give me permission to share your posts and pictures via social media and as features, roundups, etc. with a link back to your post or a link back to this party on the week your post was featured.

You are invited to the Inlinkz link party!
