Hey friends! I hope you had a great week!
I want to thank everyone for all the comments, emails, and messages expressing condolences for the passing of my mother in law. Times like this remind me how fortunate I am to meet so many caring people through this blog, and I am thankful for each and every one of you.
It’s going to be a slow year for Christmas decorating, but I will try to get some inspiration up on the blog before it gets too late in the season. As I’m sure you can understand it’s hard to bring myself to do any festive decorating right now. I appreciate your patience of this and not getting a whole lot posted on the blog over the past few weeks.

You’re very welcome Lora, and thank you <3
Michelle, I want to urge you to take time and pamper yourself and your family now. If you don’t feel like doing something like decorating, then give yourself permission not to. It takes time to process a loss like this. Hugs.
Thank you so much for that reminder Michelle – you are totally right! Hugs right back atcha <3

Michelle, I’m very sorry to hear about your mother-in-law. We experienced a similar loss not so long ago, so I understand the mixed emotions with holidays. I’m wishing you and your husband the best this Thanksgiving and beyond.
