Farmhouse Friday 165

Hey guys! I hope you had a safe and healthy week!

Can you believe it’s already August?!? In some ways this year has gone by slowly for obvious reasons, but it’s hard to believe we are at the tail end of summer and the holiday season is almost upon us. I will start decorating for Fall next week because of having to do the seasons/holidays early in the blogging world. Fall is my favorite season so I don’t mind decorating early for it, but it’s still kinda weird because it’s still 100+ degrees outside.

If you decorate for Fall, when do you start? If you start early like me, do you do it because you’re a blogger, just like to start early, or both?

This Week’s Features:

Making Vintage Art with Home Blueprints by The House On Silverado

Long Lost Crockery in the Holiday Cupboard by Common Ground

Unique Summer Hat Wreath

Hats Off To Summer Straw Hat Wreath by The Interior Frugalista

vintage suitcase vignette

5 Simple Steps to a Fun Vintage Suitcase by Lora B. Create & Ponder

Close Up of Coffee Cup holder and vintage spoon hook

Farmhouse Style DIY Coffee Maker by County Road 407

Link Party Rules:

Link up your DIY projects, decor inspiration, and crafts that are farmhouse style. You don’t have to live in a farmhouse or have farmhouse be the main decor theme in your home. I love seeing farmhouse mixed in with other styles such as boho! No food or recipe posts please. I’m super flexible when it comes to defining “farmhouse” so if you are unsure of whether your post will fit in the party theme, go ahead and post it and if I feel it doesn’t fit, I’ll just delete it – no hard feelings! 🙂 It doesn’t matter how old your posts are, but please link up your posts only once.

I don’t require you to link back to this party, but if you do, I appreciate it! I also don’t require you to visit or comment on other blogger’s linkups, but it’s always a nice way to share the bloggy love! By linking up, you will get a chance to be featured here at next week’s party and across my social media. If you pin anything from the party, please pin it from the original source.

By linking up to this party, you permit me to share your posts and pictures via social media and as features, roundups, etc. with a link back to your post or a link back to this party on the week your post was featured.

You are invited to the Inlinkz link party!

Thanks so much for stopping by and I hope you have a great weekend and week!

I can’t believe July is over already, my absolute favorite month of the year. All we had was rain and we are FINALLY getting some real summer temperatures. Finger’s crossed August is our July. Thank you so much, Michelle, for featuring my summer hat wreath and have a great weekend! xo

You’re very welcome for the feature Marie! I wish I could trade you some of our hot weather for some rain – it’s been so dry here! Have a wonderful week!

Hi Michelle- Yes, hard to believe July is done and August is starting. Slowest year ever but at the same time I can’t believe we’re on the back stretch. Thanks for hosting and have a great week.

    XO- MaryJo

I’ve about had it with 2020 so to me August gets us closer to 2021 but first closer to fall which is my fave. Hopefully we don’t have weird weather and get awesome temps for fun outdoor activities! Thank you so much for the feature. I am among some very talented people and completely honored.

Hi Michelle, I think so many of us love Fall and look forward to decorating. I usually start toward the end of August with sunflowers and some “Fall lite”. I get tired of the heat of summer really fast. Plus I love the colors! thanks so much for featuring my crockery and cupboard. Take care and have a great weekend!
